President

With three decades of hospitality under his belt, Peter leads Marigolds and Onions with the calm confidence of someone who has built and scaled beloved food institutions. Formerly the owner of The Pickle Barrel restaurant group, he brings a rare mix of big-picture vision and sleeves-rolled-up practicality. Peter’s north star is simple: make every event feel cared for.

Calvin Higley

Director of Operations

Calvin brings over 15 years of operational know-how, balancing precision with a calm, steady presence on the ground. From logistics to vendor relationships to multi-venue coordination, he’s the person teams trust when the stakes are high and the timelines are tight. Calvin ensures that the right things happen at the right time, every time.

Ash Dadachanji

Executive Chef

Ash blends global technique with rooted family inspiration, trained in Italy and raised in Mumbai’s vibrant culinary traditions. Since joining M&O in 2010, he has shaped the kitchen with creativity, discipline, and a genuine love of feeding people well. Whether it’s a dinner for ten or a stadium-sized crowd, Ash’s food always carries a point of view.

Ana Mendoza

Director of Sales & Events

Ana brings warmth, clarity, and ten years of leadership across hospitality and event management. She guides clients through everything from corporate orders to full-scale productions, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident.
