The RBC Canadian Open is a professional golf tournament that is co-organized by Golf Canada and the PGA Tour. Marigolds and Onions provides all food and beverage on site which includes concessions, concert series, suites, and private functions. The guest count is over 130,000 guests throughout the duration of the event. Similarly to the National Bank Open, we have adapted to the needs of the tournament with ease as it gains popularity throughout the years and venue changes.

We have built our catering kitchen compounds and commissaries from ground up and have worked through various weather conditions. We are also responsible for acquiring rentals and staffing to execute all retail and hospitality. Menus, practices, sourcing, and vendor relationships are also maintained and updated yearly. In 2024, the RBC open saw a 29% growth in concession sales, sold out Pro Amateur tournaments and an 18% growth in revenue in hospitality sales. Marigolds and Onions also executes the CPKC Women’s Open which has taken place in Ottawa, Vancouver, and Calgary.
